Suspected in the shooting of an eightyearold boy. These 32yearold james jared a1 . 1 million warrant has been issued at this moment for his arrest. The driveby shooting happened as the boy was playing in the front yard of his home near you buchanan field. A silver honda came up and the man inside just opened fire. Thing the boy in the shoulder. He was rushed to surgery and this morning is expected to be okay. Investigators are not sure if the boy himself was the intended target. They dont believe the shooting is gang related.
