Frequent thefts of the expensive items particularly at M Block Outer Circle Subway and Janpath Subway were giving a tough time for police and New Delhi Municipal Council.
Three people were arrested for in connection with the theft of concealed lights and metal plates from escalators in subways of Connaught Place, police said on Wednesday.
