A police operation against drug dealers has seen eight people arrested at addresses in Coalville and the Beaumont Leys area of Leicester.

A child hit by a car in Melbourne s south-east today has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.
Police were called after the child ran out onto the road and was struck by a car outside a school on Bakewell Street in Cranbourne just before 3.30pm. A young boy has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries, police said in a statement.
Police and paramedics arrived at the scene this afternoon before an ambulance helicopter arrived.(Nine)
The driver of the car stopped and is assisting police with their investigation.(Nine)
Ambulance Victoria said the child appeared to be in a serious condition with lower body injuries and was flown to the Royal Children s Hospital.
