The previous Congress government made it a “Smart School” by painting and plastering its outer surfaces, and the current AAP government declared it “School of Eminence”.
Incidentally, the decision to close schools in Punjab from August 23 to 26 on account of heavy rain and flood reached schools very late Wednesday and by that time, classes had started in most schools.
