The first of the victims of fridays terror attack in Central London has been named as jack merritt, a cambridge graduate who was helping coordinate a conference on prisoner rehabilitation near London Bridge. He was one of two People Killed by 28 year old usman khan, a former prisoner whod been convicted of terrorism offences, and released from prison on licence last year. Khan, whod been invited to the conference, was shot dead by police after members of the public tackled him.
