The Loveland Police Department has arrested two people Erin Lambertus and Ayla Osterloth believed to be connected to the shooting of a sleeping homeless person in downtown Loveland on Thursday.
Loveland Police said Erin Lambertus and Ayla Osterloth were arrested in Bozeman, Montana. They're accused of shooting a man experiencing homelessness on Aug. 9.
