Eighth Judicial District Court Magistrate Jeffrey Schwartz has issued bonds for both suspects, giving Aaron Lambertus a $1 million cash only bond and Ayla Osterloth a $150,000 cash or surety bond. Both remain in custody at the Larimer County Jail in Fort Collins.
Loveland Police said Erin Lambertus and Ayla Osterloth were arrested in Bozeman, Montana. They're accused of shooting a man experiencing homelessness on Aug. 9.
