The long-shuttered Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow continued Tuesday to challenge state orders to repay about $80 million in funding it received using inflated enrollment numbers. The Ohio Supreme Court heard oral arguments on whether ECOT should be allowed to pursue an appeal of an earlier Ohio Board of Education decision requiring the payback or whether the board s order is the final word on the matter.
