He presented an update on the department and discussed the possibility of a new police station. A Memorial Day ceremony was held at the Rieger Armory on South Elson Street in Kirksville, Monday, May 29. Over 50 people attended and took part in the solemn ceremony that honored the nation’s soldiers that made the ultimate sacrifice.
