A Memorial Day ceremony was held at the Rieger Armory on South Elson Street in Kirksville, Monday, May 29. Over 50 people attended and took part in the solemn ceremony that honored the nation’s soldiers that made the ultimate sacrifice. The event was coordinated by local chapters of the Disabled American Veterans, the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
