As you say, it was irans Supreme Leader and president rouhani in what appears to abcoordinated effort to promote irans interpretation of the agreement that an immediate end to sanctions in exchange for nuclear deal should be the deal. President rouhanis comments came first at a speech marking irans newly Nuclear Technology day. Heres what he had to say.
