Ter someone reported a man with a gun inside a medical office run by seton medical center. Police s. W. A. T teams swarmed the area. 60 employees along with patients inside were safely evacuated. A threehour search of the building turned up nothing. We have no victims. We have no suspects at this point. Earlier this evening bullet fragments were found on the second floor. The same area where a doctor reported seeing a man in his 60s with a gun. Minutes later heard a shot. The doctor did not immediately recognize this person. We are investigating if this person was known to anybody in the building. The doctor may have been the target, but a motive is unclear. Assembly Public Safety committee in sacramento at 9 00 tomorrow morning. Opposition has now surfaced that could derail that bill. The family of audrey potts says a loophole allowed the teenagers accused of the Sexual Assault of her daughter to get 35 days served on weekends in juvenile hall. A bill would mandate a two year term for a victim that is intoxicated or unable to fight back. 100,000 people signed the petition many said they want a longer sentence we feel this is the step we need to make, in the right direction, to protect our young men and women and to protect the victims and not the criminals. The bill known as audreys law for the Saratoga High School student faces opposition going before assembly Public Safety Committee Tuesday morning.
