Thomas was sentenced in Wayne County Circuit Court yesterday. He pleaded guilty to a count of aggravated assault, a Class 4 felony, and was sentenced to 18 months probation and time served in jail. Two separate counts were dismissed per his plea. Thomas was also ordered to pay $920 in fines and court costs. 45-year-old Fairfield resident Ronald W. Dunlap was arrested by Fairfield police yesterday at the Fairfield High Rise.
