The Directorate of Enforcement has attached movable and immovable properties valued more than Rs 54 Crore in an ongoing investigation against Rose Valley Group of Companies and its promoters under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
Uniindia: Srinagar, April 24 (UNI) The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday attached the properties of two sons of Hizbul Mujahideen Chief Mohammad Yousuf Shah alias Syed Salahuddin, in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam and Srinagar districts.
Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached immovable property of Rs 5.62 crore in nature of land and building situated in Haridwar belonging to Seth Bimal Prasad Jain Edu Trust on Saturday, said ED in a tweet.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday said that they have attached an immovable property situated at New Delhi worth Rs 4.50 crore belonging to Sharan Svadha LLP in a case related to arms dealer Sanjay Bhandari and others.
