Bond denied for suspect in deadly Myrtle Beach shooting

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – One man is in custody in connection with a deadly shooting Monday in Myrtle Beach, authorities said.
According to Myrtle Beach Police Master Cpl. Tom Vest, the suspect is 26-year-old Ernest Elijah Lesesne. He is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Bond was denied on the charges Wednesday afternoon.
The arrest stems from a shooting Monday on Cedar Street that was initially called in as a possible overdose.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) - Several people were hurt after a hit-and-run in Myrtle Beach on Friday night, according to police.
Master Cpl. Tom Vest with the Myrtle Beach Police Department said officers received a call to the area of 21st Avenue North and Kings Highway at around 9:15 p.m.
