Sheltering in place. It started with a crash between a car and offduty Police Officer on a motorcycle and led to a shooting. That sent bullets to the window of a hospital facility. Reporter that is right brian, the Accident Investigation Division and when he was knocked off the bike by a passing car. He was able to get to his feet to try to stop the vehicle. And the vehicle proceeded away. Reporter police say the off duty cop identified himself as a Police Officer and the officer fired his gun an unknown amount of time and one bullet shattered the Temple University Hospitals Services center that was closed at the time. And the driver turned himself in later. Police cordoned off the car on the 600 block of cambria. We could see front end damage and a bullet hole in the side. A few blocks away a Police Vehicle was positioned outside of his home. It was fortunate nobody was injured as a result of this. B
