We believe we could have a threat to Public Safety. Prior to the arrest that block ofin the 1500 swan street a couple days ago, lever monitoring a group that was exhibiting behavior that was not consistent with behavior that preceded very violent events. The of that behavior was throwing of different projectiles and the burning of a metropolitan police vehicle. We monitored the group for a while. Groupe able to stop that on swan street at about 9 00 p. M. The curfew was very 7 00 that evening. Were givenarrested multiple prior warnings that there would be a curfew in the District Of Columbia. If they did not abide by the curfew, they would be subject to arrest. As you know, the mayor and i held a press conference prior to that morning people that there would be a curfew in effect. Today were going to talk a little bit about our longterm plans for covid19 testing here in massachusetts and some new announcements to make testing more accessible for people and we will also talk about some significant shipments of personal protective equipment int of recently arrived massachusetts, thanks to some very hard work by members of our team and many others. At first we will provide our daily update on testing cases, hospitalizations. As of yesterday we have conducted over 410,000 tests with over 8500 new tests reporteded yesterday. There were 1165 1165 new posite tests reported which represents a 14 positive test rate from all test they came back yesterday and that is within the range we have been seeing over the past few days. As we said before that policy rate has come down significantly from where we were a month ago where the the percent was hovering in the 20s
