So a burglar broke in to the house last night, then the mom ran out of the house with her baby but the 4yearold was still left inside. So when the police finally showed up after the mom had called, the 4yearold was standing at the top of the stairs. Gilroy. It happened at 11 p. M. Last night when chp says the car was driving eastbound on leavesley road. The driver skidded rolled down the embankment several times. Someone heard the crash and called 911. Investigators say there were 5 people in the car, three women and two men. All appear to be under the age of 30. Everyone died except for the driver. He was taken to Regional Medical center in san jose with major injuries. He was unconscious at the time. They havent been able to talk to him. Its unclear if the injuries were lifethreatening. The skidmarks that led officers to the wreckage thats what they found here on the scene so far we know the driver was going eastbound on leavesley. For unknown reasons he made an unsafe turn and you see the skids. That made the vehicle roll off the road and he rolled down the embankment.
