WARSAW — Todd MacConnell is known as a guy who just shows up, gets the job done, and always has a smile. He’s long been active in a lot of roles — directing Wyoming County’s Information Technology department, serving as a volunteer firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician, and being an active part of Valley Chapel Free Methodist Church.
