Teenager Who Murdered An Uber Driver Will Be Out By 21, If Not Earlier
One of the teenagers who pled guilty to murdering an UberEats delivery driver is going to be able to walk free by her 21st birthday.
Claire Huber, a spokeswoman for the Washington D.C. Superior Court, said Tuesday the 15-year-old girl will be held in a juvenile facility until the age of 21, but might get out sooner if deemed rehabilitated. The D.C. Attorney General’s Office dropped other charges in exchange for her pleading guilty to felony murder.
The killing of Mohammed Anwar in a March 23 carjacking made national headlines upon its graphic footage being released. The 66-year-old Springfield, Va., resident died after the 15-year-old and a 13-year-old dragged him while taking the vehicle. The car flipped and Anwar went flying on the sidewalk. Anwar was assaulted with a Taser. The 13-year-old girl was likewise charged with felony murder, in addition to other crimes. A verdict has not been rendered.
The Fairfax County school board in northern Virginia ordered an upset parent raising objections to state-sanctioned racism called critical race theory in their schools to “go to your seat.”
The altercation took place Thursday, after former Wall Street Journal reporter and local parent Asra Nomani spent three minutes scolding school officials for their blatant double-standards in pursuit of “antiracism” that endorses racism and cultural erasure.
Nomani, who writes for The Federalist, began her remarks outlining dismissals from each school board member of parent concerns at Thomas Jefferson High School, then highlighted members’ comments declaring the parents toxic and racist for opposing racism in the high-ranking school district.
A former Wall Street Journal writer and parent of a Fairfax County, Virginia, public school student criticized the school board for supporting the elimination of a race-blind admissions policy at the county’s Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

The superintendent at a major school district in Virginia is eyeing critical race theory training, Parents Defending Education highlighted in an incident report. The district has also contracted for four years with an influential New York consulting group that could get millions of dollars to push the racist ideology on a district where parents have been strongly objecting for years.
Scott Brabrand, superintendent for Fairfax County Public Schools in Fairfax, Va., which operates with a $3 billion budget and oversees 222 institutions, sent a survey to parents that said “FCPS will begin by revising the existing Controversial Issues Policy and developing a new Anti-Racism, Anti-Bias Education Curriculum Policy.”

Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation co-founder and executive director Patrisse Cullors, a self-identified “trained Marxist,” raked in upwards of $20,000 a month serving as the chairwoman of a Los Angeles jailreform group in 2019, according to campaign finance records reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Reform LA Jails disbursed a total of $191,000 to Cullors in 2019 through her consulting firm, Janaya and Patrisse Consulting, according to financial records submitted to the California Fair Political Practices Commission. The description for each of the seven reported payments to the Cullors’s firm that year read: “P. Cullors, Principal Officer, Business Owner.”
