The man has reportedly been identified as Sathyanandam, a resident of Aryankuppam village, near Puducherry. Sathyanandam, who is a real estate businessman was arrested on Thursday and produced before a local court which remanded him to judicial custody.

PM to visit Assam, West Bengal on Feb 7 ANI | Updated: Feb 05, 2021 20:04 IST According to the Prime Minister Office, during his visit to Assam, he will launch Asom Mala in Sonitpur at around 11:45 am and will lay the foundation stone of two medical colleges and hospitals which are being set up at Biswanath and Charaideo. The estimated cost of the new medical colleges and hospitals which are being set up at Biswanath and Charaideo is over Rs 1100 crore. Each hospital will have a 500-bed capacity and 100 MBBS seat capacity, PMO said. Later at 4:50 pm, PM Modi will dedicate to the nation the LPG import terminal built by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and will lay the foundation stone of key infrastructure projects in West Bengal s Haldia.

Modi to visit Bengal, Assam on Sunday to dedicate development projects

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in West Bengal and Assam on Sunday for inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of several development projects and will also address public meetings on these occasions in the two poll-bound states. His office said on Friday that Modi will lay the foundation stone of two hospitals and launch Asom Mala , a programme for state highways and major district roads, at Dhekiajuli in Assam. He will later dedicate to the nation and also lay the foundation stone of key infrastructure projects at Haldia in West Bengal. In Bengal, Modi will inaugurate an LPG import terminal built by the state-run BPCL that has been constructed at an investment of around Rs 1,100 crore and has a capacity of 1 million metric tonne per annum.
