Palo alto hasnt been getting a break from that rain this morning. Also South San Francisco seeing more intensity there, right along 280 and 101. This will be a problem for commuters. The Marina District seeing that pick up as well, and this has really picked up over the last hour. The lighter green there now yellow and orange. Berkeley also seeing that rain, as well as west oakland. Expect a couple inches from this storm. We have more coming down in martinez.
