yakhni curry. “We started thinking of something that can be easily made at home,” says chef and director Nalini Sadhu, who came up with the Rogan Josh Spice Mix a tweaked version of a family recipe (₹150 onwards on kanzandmuhul.com). A third-generation entrepreneur from Kerala’s Synthite family, Ashok Mani got the idea for Sprig Gourmet and World Food from colleague and friend, Vishal Menon. A little background - the Synthite Industries is believed to be among the world’s largest producers of oleoresins and spice oils.
The duo felt that the food and beverages industry in India had a glaring gap when it comes to gourmet foods.

Alive threatens race record in Launceston to Hobart 28 December 2020
Alive, skippered by Duncan Hine, is leading the TasPorts Launceston to Hobart Yacht Race (L2H) on line honours. A late entry in the race,
Alive, a Reichel-Pugh 66 sailed by a Tasmanian crew pulled together from some of the boat’s regulars when in Hobart, was the first boat to Low Head, and is expected to break the race record of 1 day 09 hours 33 minutes and 58 seconds, which was set in 2009.
It was a tough start for the 31-boat fleet which started the race in very light conditions at Inspection Head, Beauty Point, on the Tamar River, at 1130 today.
