Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal interacted with girl students from different parts of the country in an online programme. Students from classes six to 12 from various schools across the country participated.
Gargi Naudiyal and Arya Manoj from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Dhruva Patel and Padma Angmo from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti and Aaradhna Baruah and Nakia Zuzer Malak from Gurukul Grammar School, Guwahati, and Holy Hearts Educational Academy, Raipur, shared their aim in life, their vision for the country and the way in which they would contribute to the development of our country.
On the auspicious occasion of the International Women’s Day, the Minister of State for Culture and Tourism (IC) Sh. Prahlad Singh Patel inaugurated the All-Women’s Art Exhibition titled ‘Akshya Patra’ today at Rabindra Bhavan Galleries of Lalit Kala Akademi, India’s National Academy of Art, an autonomous organization of the Ministry of Culture. Speaking on this occasion, the Minister said “Women have been the keystone in the unyielding arch of Indian art and culture. Looking at these mesmerizing artworks, I can only say that given the right opportunities, women can create magic.
