Hartington Security Bank Branch President Brandon Baller plans are progressing rapidly to build more available housing in the area. Baller says that not only does this project address the need for more housing, but it also helps a lot of local businesses. When you look at all of the businesses and local contractors that are impacted when a house is built they say that those dollars get circulated seven times on average in the community.
