Am i going to be able to keep up and do all the physical a pects of what the academy will request of me . On the hand you have been given a opportunity you worked so hard to get to, but on the other hand you dont have the job yet and have so much work you have to do to get in the field so it is double edge sword. I need it but this is just the beginning. [music] we are entrusted with people. Our job is indiscernible we want people to be firefighters. The chief picked the people. Our job is train them. We make sure that we are challenging them, but at the same time supporting them and that is a fine line, because we want to see how these people react. It is imp
