More than 1,800 First Responders and National Guardsmen are working search and rescue missions. Are First Responders are absolutely putting their lives on the line to get out there and do search and rescue for any of those still in need. So many couldnt get in place to help out because the wind and rain was too dangerous to venture out. You can see all the rain move very, very slowly, the system is hanging over Southeast Texas.
