Uniindia: Bengaluru, Aug 6 (UNI) Karnataka Governor Thawarchand Gehlot on Saturday announced the list of the portfolios allocated to the new ministers with Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai keeping Finance and Bengaluru Development instead of Water Resources which he had held previously.
The much sought after portfolios such as Home, Mines & Geology, Energy, Education, have gone to the newly inducted ministers Araga Jnanendra, Achar Halappa Basappa, V Sunilkumar, B.C.Nagesh, Shankar Patil Munenakoppa.

Bengaluru, Jan 21: After a gap of almost a week of swearing-in, Karnataka Chief B S Yeddiyurappa allocated portfolios to new Ministers and changed portfolios of some of the Ministers.
Governor Vajubhai Vala, on the advice of the Chief Minister, gave his assent to the list of allocation and reallocation.
The following is the list of Cabinet Ministers and their portfolios:
B S Yediyurappa: Chief Minister 1. Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (DPAR) 2. Cabinet Affairs 3. Finance Department 4. Bangalore Development 5. Energy Department 6. Intelligence from Home Department 7. Planning, Programme Monitoring Statistics Department 8. Infrastructure Development Department and all unallocated portfolios.

B.S. Yediyurappa allotted portfolios to them after a minor reshuffle of portfolios among his other Cabinet Ministers.
As per the list of portfolios sent to Raj Bhavan which was given assent by Governor Vajubhai Rudabhai Vala this morning, Umesh Katti has got Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, S. Angara has been allotted Fisheries, Ports and Inland Transport, Aravind Limbavali – Forest, Murugesh Nirani – Mines and Geology, MTB Nagaraj – Excise, R. Shankar – Municipal Administration and Sericulture and C.P. Yogeeshwar has been allocated Minor Irrigation portfolio.
