The Shops at Rossmoor, an outdoor lifestyle shopping center in coastal Orange County (https://shopsatrossmoor.com), announced today it will soon welcome See’s Candies to its tenant lineup. The new 1,346-square-foot See’s Candies shop is expected to open next to Subway just in time for Mother’s Day. The addition of See’s Candies is especially exciting this year as the confectioner, founded in 1921, celebrates its 100th anniversary.
The shop’s week-long grand opening will kick off on May 7th with a ribbon cutting at 9:30 a.m. and will continue through May 14th with a number of “sweet” deals, including a free gift with any $25 or more in-shop purchase or any $25 or more order placed through the retailer’s Click, Pick, Go! option. SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA Three popular brands headquartered in the Bay Area are partnering for what is being billed as a perfect pick-me-up treat.
South San Francisco s See s Candies, Emeryville s Peet s Coffee and Burlingame s Guittard Chocolate Company are coming together to create Chocolate Coffee Beans, available in See s shops and online as their April Sweet-of-the-Month, while supplies last.
According to a news release by See s Candies, the coffee beans from Brazil are roasted by Peet s and then coated in See s dark chocolate that is supplied by Guittard. See s said it was the first time it has collaborated with Peet s. The candy company is celebrating its centennial year by releasing a new sweet each month.
