six more classified documents have been found in the us justice department s search of president biden s home in wilmington, delaware. mr biden s attorney, bob bauer, said in a statement that the president offered access to his home, and neither he, nor his wife, were there during the search. our north america correspondent peter bowes has the details. this search took place on friday. news of it has only just emerged. we know that according to mr biden s lawyer, access was given to this private residence for the department ofjustice to carry out what sounds like a very exhaustive search of the entire property. officials were there for more than 12 hours, looking through private areas of the property, looking through documents and they did find six that were marked as classified. we understand some of those documents date back to mr biden s time as senator. he represented delaware for more than 30 years, others date back to his time as vice president in the obama administrati

no announcer: this is cnn breaking news. let s get straight to the breaking news, a federal judge a few moments ago ordering the release of emails from john eastman. cnn senior justice correspondent is working this. walk us through what happened. this is a ruling from judge david carter in california, wolf. he is ordering the release of emails to the january 6th committee. john eastman, who worked as a lawyer for the former president in those weeks as he was trying to stay in office has argued they should be shielded under attorney client privilege. the judge is rejecting that saying that they may be evidence of a crime so therefore they fall under what s known as the crime fraud exception. i ll read you part of what the judge wrote in his order. he says the emails show that president trump knew the specific numbers of voter fraud were wrong but continued to tote those numbers both in court and to the public. the court finds that these emails are sufficiently related to
