And so the challenge for me is as likely to the community is attending to, addressing this wide diversity of threats. In the face of, and i have to bring this up, very uncertain budgeting environment, now approaching our fourth or fifth year of uncertainty about the size and shape of our budget, which poses challenges for us programmatically, certainly with respect to sysems acquisition, and the uncertainty it creates in the work force.
