Hyderabad, May 5 : With diagnostic centres in Hyderabad getting overcrowded with people undergoing Covid tests and turning into possible breeding grounds for further spread of the infection, drive-through Covid testing facilities are catching up in the city.
The spacious drive-through testing facilities are offering the people more convenience and the touchless and contact free services also ruling out the threat of possible spread.
Tenet Diagnostics is the latest diagnostic service provider to join the bandwagon. It launched a drive-through RT-PCR and Covid inflammatory markers blood tests (Covid related blood tests) Facility at Hitex, Madhapur.

A drive-through COVID testing facility was opened in the upscale Jubilee Hills area in Hyderabad by Apollo Diagnostics, part of the Apollo Health & Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd, on Thursday.
The kiosk for RT-PCR tests has been set at the Jubilee Hills Public School, which will cater to the residents living in the vicinity of Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Shaikpet, Film Nagar, and Attapur areas.
As of now the facility is between 7AM to 12 PM as per their Facebook post.
People can complete the process of registration and payment for testing which is totally touchless and contact free.
