Glass Fest in Corning begins today, runs through Sunday

(WBNG) Monday is the first day of the Corning Gaffer District s 11th Annual Glass Fest.
The almost week-long event includes fun activities everyday of the week such as concerts, guided art tours and drive-in movie screenings.
Executive Director of the Corning s Gaffer District Coleen Fabrizi told 12 News that the festivities highlight the history of glass in Corning, N.Y., the future of glass all over the world and discusses the relationship between glass production and Chemung County.
Glass Fest will run from May 24 through May 30.
