One time i had five lists and came up with 38 of the commissions. So that is the number i was working with, we did 32 out of 38, but i appreciate that some change is happening there, too. For example, the mayors list that provides the attendance and lists the names and numbers of days that they might have attended out of the total number of meetings. I think the difference and why i like or i guess would prefer the department of elections list because threbase they base it on the specific meeting and who the representative is appointed by. For the department of elections there is a board of supervisors appointmentment. So the first thing i want to know have they attended the meetings and do they have excused or unexcused absences . Thank you president chiu Steve Williams on behalf of the appellants in this case and the surrounding Property Owners and residents thank you supervisor mar so far that introduction and that is the focus of our appeal so those concerns around housing were here to challenge the Planning Department conditional use authorization for the dont guess of a building on the corner of 26th avenue and clemente street that has is two Affordable Housing the subject site in the outer commercial district and the subject lot is one of two development lots on that particular block that is sdoebd within the commercial district if i could have the overhead heres the lot here it is just captured by the neighborhood commercial district the rest of the block is zoned residential Planning Department approval the conditional use authorization demolish those at a supplied vote of three to four with commissioner wu and commissioner moore voting against
