Police arrested 17yearold Angelo Jackson for the murders inside Westfield Wheaton mall earlier this week. Montgomery county police say they saw jackson on the video committing the murders. The hospital said it was closing the nicu unit and transferring about five babies after two of them tested positive for the bacteria. Childrens medical team left here after about an hour.
