Joyce homicide in the unlikeliest place, the front door of a Milwaukee Police station. Police say a stranger approached two men in a van outside district six. Moments later, the stranger was dead. As wisn 12 news Colleen Henry reports, the men were there to buy a gun. Police say the stranger walked up to the van and asked why they were eyeballing him. E stranger threw a traffic cone into the van. He walked away, then returned. There were more words. And in clear view of the station, police say the vans passenger got out and fired his gun three times. 42yearold reed carlsen died at the hospital. I can understand why someone shot him.
