  New Delhi: India 4th June 2021 District Mineral Foundation (DMF), State Nodal Unit of the Government of Gujarat has selected Times Centre of Learning (TCL) for Project Samarthya. “Project Samarthya” aims to address the need of providing vocational training to youth of mining affected areas, with marketable skills and enhance their capacity to secure employment in the organized sector with adequate income generation. TCL will set up training centres in Kutch, Ahmedabad, Dahod, Sabarkantha, Vadodara and Rajkot and also mobilize participants from nearby districts to cover all the mining affected districts in the state.   TCL will train 990 villagers from 1946 mining affected villages in the area. The training will be for both men and women and be both residential and non – residential.
