Also, in terms of housing policy, we need to be conscious that landlords may not be incentivized upgrade to renewable energy, and we need to either mandates or incentives to make sure that landlords are also upgrading the apartments that they control when its the tenants that pay for that. Also, we need to be cognizant of the land use of San Francisco and untalso of peopl that may not move to San Francisco because of those policies.
