Our actions are going to need to include Large Capital investments. When we say things like large transit for boats cant be addressed, we need to make sure that we have the p. R. Necessary in San Francisco to address those challenges. Also, in terms of housing policy, we need to be conscious that landlords may not be incentivized upgrade to renewable energy, and we need to either mandates or incentives to make sure that landlords are also upgrading the apartments that they control when its the tenants that pay for that. Also, we need to be cognizant of the land use of San Francisco and untalso of peopl that may not move to San Francisco because of those policies.
