A panel of Liverpool City Councillors will meet next week to decide the future of a top authority officer who was arrested as part of a corruption probe. Liverpool Council s Director of Regeneration, Nick Kavanagh, was pulled from his Cunard Building office and arrested on December 18 2019 as part of Merseyside Police s Operation Aloft investigation, which is investigating building and development contracts in the city.

Each year, the World Health Organisation decides the theme, and this year s theme is “hearing care for all”.
