A panel of Liverpool City Councillors will meet next week to decide the future of a top authority officer who was arrested as part of a corruption probe.
Liverpool Council's Director of Regeneration, Nick Kavanagh, was pulled from his Cunard Building office and arrested on December 18 2019 as part of Merseyside Police's Operation Aloft investigation, which is investigating building and development contracts in the city.
