Florida State adds former Kansas WR Andrew Parchment

Former Kansas wide receiver Andrew Parchment joined Florida State as a graduate transfer on Monday. We re extremely excited about Andrew joining our program, Seminoles coach Mike Norvell said in a news release. We feel like he brings a great play-making ability and home-run threat to the receiver position. Being from Florida, it s also a great opportunity for him down here as he finishes his college career in front of family and friends as a Seminole.
The 6-foot-2, 175-pound wideout from Fort Lauderdale is eligible to play immediately in Tallahassee in 2021.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida State announced the addition of Andrew Parchment, a graduate transfer wide receiver, Monday.

Spent previous two seasons at Kansas, appearing in 20 games with 19 starts…totaled 1,028 yards and nine touchdowns on 89 catches and also rushed twice for 10 yards and completed two successful two-point conversion passes…played in eight games in 2020 and caught 24 passes for 197 yards and two touchdowns…had breakout junior campaign, recording 65 receptions for 831 yards and seven touchdowns…ranked fifth in Big 1

Mike Norvell and company signed 16 high school and junior college prospects in December, while also adding eight transfers by mid-January. Seven of those eight transfers have signed and enrolled, with Kansas wide receiver

EUGENE Iowa State needed immediate contributions at receiver this season and it hit big on Xavier Hutchinson.
A relatively unheralded recruit, Hutchinson was the No. 10 junior college receiver and No. 76 overall prospect from the JUCO ranks last season. The 6-foot-3, 207-pound junior enters the Fiesta Bowl as ISU’s top receiver, with 60 catches for 726 yards and four touchdowns.
