We are live in Cincinnati, Ohio, tonight on the campus of Mount Saint JosephUniversity overlooking the Ohio River. This is a CNN town hall with the president of the United States, Joe Biden. I m Don Lemon.  President Biden is six months into his presidency and facing a critical moment for his agenda. Nearly half of the U.S. population is now fully vaccinated against COVID-19 but the pace of the vaccination is at its lowest point since January. And the highly infectious Delta variant is driving a new COVID surge in all 50 states.
