The Network Provider for the cell phone is stating that cell phone that called the shots fired in is hellwick park. Reporter the phone was here in hellwick park because it was the teens phone. He was the one who called 911 with a fake story about someone shooting at him. It never happened. Why he would lawyer the police to his car and lure the police to his car and lead them on a terrifying chase, that is still a mystery
