85 year old Eunice Fiddler was the first resident at the William A. George Extended Care Facility to receive the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine in our region.
Fiddler was joined by her daughter, Margaret Beardy and SLMHC Interpreter Tom Chapman.
Registered Practical Nurse Team Lead, Andrea McWatters administered the vaccine Thursday.
