Shelley clean up is underway inside a popular restaurant in downtown portsmouth after a fouralarm fire destroyed the building today. Good evening, i m shelley walcott. Kristin many people walking by are stopping to take a look at the loss here on market street. As you can see the building which has been roped off with caution tape. Many are in disbelief that this has happened and the neighboring businesses say they are now concerned for the restaurants employees. Clean up inside the gas light has begun.
