After the Andhra train accident, CM Jagan seeks high-level probe into failure of braking system. He conducted an aerial survey of the train accident site and also visited injured passengers who are being treated at the government hospital. Following his visit, he raised three questions regarding the failure of braking, signalling, and communication systems.
The Andhra Pradesh CID chief stated the skill development scam involves siphoning off Rs 371 crore of the government funds to a company without any nomination.
The State Police also detained several party leaders including Naidus son Nara Lokesh in East Godavari district as a preventive action to maintain the law and order situation in the state.
