Police followed the car into the district, using as many as 20 Law Enforcement cars as well as a helicopter. Then police moved in on the white car and the box truck it was following. Wint surrendered without any resistance. Sources say he was not carrying a gun. A large amount of cash was found inside that truck. The door was open to the box truck, and i saw a wad of cash in the side compartment of the door. Reporter wint is charged with first degree murder. He made his first court aappearance this afternoon. The starting line and ready and the runners, well a lot of them are not here yesterday. But they are slowly trickling in. About 50,000 runners, to be exact, making the iconic 7mile trek.
