Reporter security guards shot this video when they noticed a sudden uptick of hopeless people. They found sam transbuses at the end of the line, emptying the bus and watched as a half dozen Homeless People spilled out on to the streets. It originates on the peninsula. Phil broke the story in the chronicle. He said it was a surprise to see the video. When you see the video, it is a shock. You realize, there is no place for these people to go. Tey just melt into the night. We saw it happen around 5 00 this morning at the stop right next to the embarcadero center. The bus was at the end of the line.
