The Tennessee Court of Appeals released a decision Monday afternoon that struck down a censorship clause for board members in the termination contract of former Metro Nashville Public Schools Director of Schools Shawn Joseph.
This week Gov. Bill Lee's office released a list of about 100 groups they say signed on to support the TISA bill. However, many do so, only if the bill is improved in the future.
